You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

Standard UK delivery is 3 – 5 working days (we use Derby Express Couriers). If you need a faster delivery then please get in touch. All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.

Delivery prices are quoted for UK Mainland only.
Larger orders may require extra delivery charges. We will provide information with 48 hours of your order being placed.
Your order will be dispatched within 7 days of payment being received.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
We reserve the right to reject any order where we feel the customer is not of the correct age to buy alcohol.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival please contact us on 01246 583737 or email@example.com and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period).
