Castle on the Peak is a hazy and juicy Session NEIPA. British Jester brings soft tropical notes and subtle bitterness, while US heavyweights Citra and Simcoe layer in bright citrus, ripe mango and a touch of pine. Low ABV, soft mouthfeel and a smooth finish make this the perfect go-to for hop lovers who want all the flavour without the punch.
