UK Courier Delivery – We aim to deliver within three working days, although unusual due to us only being a small team please allow up to seven working days. Deliveries are not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Now Delivering to New Zealand - We are able to send one bottle of gin per order in a shipping box to New Zealand. Your order will be subject to your local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods either being:
- destroyed by customs; or
- goods being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee (costs will be deducted from any refund owed).
If your order is being held by your local customs office, you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process.
Free Delivery – If you live locally within a 10 mile radius of the brewery, DE45 1NH, then you can take advantage of our free delivery service. Local deliveries are mainly made Wednesday - Friday. If you qualify, the free delivery option will be shown on checkout. If you live just outside of 10 miles then do give us a call on: 01246 583737 as we maybe heading your way and be able to deliver. Minimum spend £20.
Click and Collect - Collection from the brewery shop DE45 1EX is free of charge, we will confirm and let you know when your order is ready to collect.
You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
If you wish to cancel your order - You can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms and conditions.
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.
