UK Courier Delivery – We aim to deliver within two-three working days.. Deliveries are not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please note that we don't currently ship to Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, DD, DG,TR, KY, BT Postcodes. Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78,PH42-44, ZE1-3 Postcodes and this includes , Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel islands, Ireland / Isle of Man / Scottish Islands etc. Orders received from these areas will not be processed and a refund will be given.
Free Delivery – If you live locally within a 10 mile radius of the brewery, DE45 1NH, then you can take advantage of our free delivery service. We aim to deliver within 4 - 6 working days. If you qualify, the free delivery option will be shown on checkout. Minimum spend £50.
Click and Collect - Collection from the brewery shop DE45 1NH is free of charge, we will confirm and let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Chatsworth Gin - Is despatched using Royal Mail delivery.
RETURN POLICY
You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order - You can notify us by email to jojo@peakales.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms and conditions.
DELIVERY POLICY
All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.
