Ordering from us:
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.
We may refuse to accept an order:
• Where goods are not available.
• Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
• If you do not provide sufficient identification required when ordering certain items.
• If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
• If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Sales are subject to the following trading terms – these terms and conditions do not affect the consumers statutory rights:
Delivery prices are quoted for UK Mainland only.
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
We reserve the right to reject any order where we feel the customer is not of the correct age to buy alcohol.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that upon delivery there will be a person available to accept the order over the age of 18.
We adhere to the Challenger 25 scheme where possible.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival please contact us on 01246 583737 or jojo@peakales.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel, please write to us stating your full details and invoice number within seven working days of the day after you took delivery. Once you have cancelled, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods and return them, at your expense, to Peak Ales, Brewery, Ashford in the Water, DE45 1NH. We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any cost incurred to collect them, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
